Before settling in the beautiful village of Amares, Sílvia was a `globetrotter´ and airports were a second home. She has a degree in Economics, is fluent in English and Italian, worked in banking and in Direct Marketing in Sweden and Italy. She is passionate about her work and believes that the key to making a difference is to allow people to become agents of positive and creative change. She returned to Portugal into the textile world as responsible for the areas of Marketing, Design and Licensing in Portugal’s largest company in home textiles. Sílvia is known for her organizational and motivational skills and stands out in her ability of teambuilding; she is determined, focused on projects where she is involved, ensuring their correct implementation in achieving the defined results. She is also playing her most important role, that of Mother!

Passionate about creativity and innovation, John has a degree in Marketing. Born and raised in Amares, he also also lived in Porto and Sao Paulo, Brasil. João seeks to challenge his skills on a daily basis, up to the limit, focusing on real opportunities for growth, both personal and professional. He sees himself as a real privileged working in a company whose main motto is to `think different´. This thought comes from the trips that he makes, his exits with friends, the reading and the time he spends on the internet. He is seen as an active person who has always tried to do more beyond his area of study. He has worked in bars and organized events, which allowed him to build a valuable network. He is an optimist and an observer. He takes his risks; he dreams and makes it happen!

Corporate Communication

Speaking, listening, silencing, gesturing ... everything that communicates captivates Nathalie’s attention! She loves to investigate and find out, until the last drop, the best formula on how to communicate, to whom, where and when, by what means ... in one word: planning! Organization, simplicity, rigor and enthusiasm are the concepts that define her and her work. She graduated in Communication Sciences and finished her Master in Public Relations at the University of Minho (Braga). During and after the books’ period she engaged into different activities such as: catering, commercial, desk work. She also found the time to devote herself to one of the most beautiful cultural arts: the theater. One can see that the direct contact with the public is her preferential communication requirement. She has also played the piano and speaks French. Passionate about communication, she keeps on studying and exploring the most appropriate and creative way to communicate. Always with a piece of paper, pen and sketches around her, she surrenders to the idea that communication is an art in constant mutation.
